Quality Guarantee: All of our products carry at least a one year guarantee from the date of purchase on manufacturing defects. An example of a manufacturing defect on a lamp would be brass tarnishing or on a barstool would be a cracked weld.

We guarantee that your product will be of the highest quality when you receive it. The customer is responsible for inspecting the product at time of delivery. In the event that you receive damaged merchandise you must make all notations and contact us within 3 days. Steffen Furniture will do everything to help correct the problem.

Shipping Policy Please Read Before Ordering

When Steffen Furniture receives your order, it will be processed within 24 hrs of reciept of that order, Monday thru Friday. Manufacturer's production times will vary and all items have an estimated shipping time which is listed on the product page. Once your order is placed into production, Steffen Furniture is not able to accept cancellations. A manufacturer's notice of a delay in order time, shall not constitute cause for order termination.

Shipping is arranged via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Shipping times vary from 3-7 days once the item is available to ship.

Return Policy Please Read Before Ordering

For Barstools:
Because each barstool is a custom order, all sales are final. Therefore, no returns accepted or refunds will be given.

For All Merchandise Other Than Barstools:
For merchandise other than barstools, there is a 25% restocking fee, plus actual shipping costs. The customer is responsible for repacking the merchandise in the original packing and boxes and returning it freight pre-paid and insured to Steffen Furniture. Please contact us before returning an item. Please, do not return any item to the manufacturer or Steffen Furniture without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed..
